New Hours & New Exhibit (how exciting!)

Double Dip Gallery has the best customers, hands down. You demanded and we listened – we will be open noon to 9 p.m., 7 days a week until September! That means there’s a whole extra hour every day for you to come say hi, enjoy Tony Segale’s fine art, and try some of Gunther’s delicious ice cream, no excuses. 🙂

With the passing of April showers and the beginning of May flowers, we also get to introduce a new art exhibit in the gallery. The new exhibit, “Ten Years After, the Walldogs”, pays homage to the Walldogs, a group of highly skilled sign painters and mural artists from all over the globe. Tony will be showcasing the art he’s done in the form of murals and signs all over Lodi, from concept sketch to finished product. Be sure to stop by for May’s First Friday Art Hop on May 6 to see the new exhibit.

To learn more about the Walldogs and their movement, check out their website http://thewalldogs.com/, or come in and ask Tony Segale, our resident Walldog.

“It is art that makes life, makes interest, makes importance… and I know of no substitute whatsoever for the force and beauty of its process.” Henry James
